Guidelines

1. Rounds: The hackathon will consist of three rounds:

- Round 1: Preliminary Evaluation
- Round 2: Prototype/Model Presentation
- Round 3: Final Project Showcase

2. Presentation Guidelines:
Participants are required to refer to the provided PPT guidelines for presentation formatting and structure.

3. Submission Categories:
Participants can submit their work in the following categories:
- Prototype
- Model
- Project

4. Abstract:
Each submission must include an abstract that briefly summarizes the idea, objectives, and key features of the project.

5. Manuscripts:
Participants are allowed to bring relevant manuscripts, research papers, or documentation to support their project during the hackathon.

6. Team Structure:
Participants can choose to work individually or form teams of up to 5 members.

Round 1: Preliminary Evaluation
- Participants will submit their project abstracts and any additional documentation or materials.
- A panel of judges will evaluate the submissions based on criteria such as innovation, feasibility, and potential impact.
- Selected participants will advance to Round 2.

Round 2: Prototype/Model Presentation
- Participants will present their prototypes, models, or project demonstrations to the judges.
- Presentations should follow the provided PPT guidelines and should cover the project's concept, implementation, and potential applications.
- Judges will evaluate the presentations based on criteria such as technical complexity, user experience, and overall presentation quality.
- Selected participants will advance to Round 3.

Round 3: Final Project Showcase
- Participants will showcase their final projects to the judges and the audience.
- Presentations should highlight the project's key features, functionality, and potential impact.
- Judges will evaluate the projects based on criteria such as innovation, practical application, and overall quality.
- Winners will be announced at the end of Round 3.

General Rules
- All submissions must be original and created solely by the participants.
- Plagiarism or any form of academic misconduct will result in disqualification.
- Participants are responsible for bringing their own laptops, devices, and any other necessary equipment for the hackathon.
- The judges' decisions will be final and binding.
