Guidelines

1. This competition is intended for individual participants.
2. All necessary resources will be provided to all participants.
3. Personal belongings are prohibited, and participants are responsible for their own possessions
4. Participants must choose one of the programming languages (Python, C, Java), and both rounds will be conducted using the selected language.
